Final Fantasy 14 Races

This is an introductory FF14 Race Guide that we will update regularly, please leave comments as to what you would like to see on this site and we will put it up asap . Final Fantasy 14 will feature the different races that were first introduced in Final Fantasy 11. However their appearances, race names and back stories are completely different. Players of FFXI can make similar characters in FFXIV but they can’t transfer their characters to the new game.  This Final fantasy 14 guide will deal with the basic Final Fantasy XIV races out there.

Character creation is more flexible. Players can choose the skin color, hair color, eye color, and hair style. Then there are different clans within each race. Your starting stats will depend on the clan you choose. Each race has specific facial expressions for various actions performed in and out of battle.
