Chrono Guide – Final Fantasy XIV guide review
14
I just went through one of the best Final Fantasy XIV Guide out there, so I thought I will write a review on it real quick.
Finally!! A Final Fantasy XIV guide that’s worth buying!
As a former Final Fantasy 11 player, I had been waiting a long time for Final Fantasy XIV to come out. I needed a new game to play and FFXIV could not have come at a better time.
It turns out all the other gamers out there have been waiting for Final Fantasy 14 as well because when I finally got a chance to log in, the starter areas were swarmed and I could barely find any monsters. I was frustrated and confused because I had no idea what to do and had trouble figuring out what to do.
I began looking for some suggestions for Final Fantasy XIV Guide and finally ran into the Chrono Guide. Chrono Guide claims to be the #1 Final fantasy 14 guide with the fastest leveling path from 1-50. I remember how hard it was to level up in Final Fantasy XI, so I figured picking up the Chrono Guide would be a good idea.
*Click here to pick up the Chrono Final Fantasy XIV Guide*
I was blown away – the Chrono Guide was exactly what I was looking for. First off, the guide came with step-by-step instructions so I was able to get all my quests and start leveling right away. These guys literally walked all over Eorzea and marked down the best leveling spots in the game, level by level. You never have to wonder where to go next or deal with any competition because the leveling maps have it all marked down for you.
Plus, there is a quest guide, which lets you know how to beat your current Leve (Final Fantasy 14′s quest system) and lets you know how hard it is going to be. It is really frustrating when you fail a quest and it is just as frustrating when you group up for an easy quest and miss out on all those experience points.
With the Chrono Guide you know exactly how difficult each quest is so you can solo all the easy quests then group up with a buddy on the tough ones and maximize your experience gain.
After finally leveling up, I was able to follow the crafting and gil guide to level up a craft very quickly and cheaply and buy all the best gear for my character at the same time. Gear makes leveling up a lot faster, and I can even repair my own weapons thanks to the crafting guide.
Here are just some of the features of the Chrono’s Final Fantasy XIV Guide:
- Step-by-step leveling guide for every city
- Battlecraft Leve guide so you know exactly how to beat all the quests
- An amazing crafting guide which teaches you the easiest way to get to the max level
- Detailed monsters maps, both for leveling up quickly and making money
- Guides for all 3 starting cities
- Discover how to get 2-3x as much experience points from leves (this will blow you away and will double your leveling speed)
- Gil guide so you never have to worry about money
- Free Updates (they have already updated twice and I picked it up a week ago)
..and so much more. Another thing I really like about Chrono Final Fantasy XIV Guide is that the support is fast and the updates are consistent so I know this guide will continue to be the best as the game grows.
The Chrono Guide has literally changed the way I play Final Fantasy 14. Before I picked up this guide, I was literally running around without a clue of where to go and was lucky to find a monster. Now, I am the highest level person in my linkshell and most importantly I am having a blast!
If you are serious about leveling up as fast as possible and making tons of gil in the process, then I strongly recommend you pick up the Chrono Final Fantasy Xiv Guide.

Best Final Fantasy XIV guide? I just pre-ordered mine!
0
Thank you for reading my latest entry on Final Fantasy XIV guide. Today, I will write about a brand new Final Fantasy XIV guide that is getting popular day by day. Final Fantasy 14 is really close to release and we are almost near the go-live date. I was pre-ordering the collectors edition anyways so I thought I would also order this new Final Fantasy XIV guide that is set to release almost same time around the game launch.
So what gave me this idea to get a Final Fantasy XIV guide?
I was doing some research about FFXIV and it turns out millions of players are expected to play this game. What does that mean? Competition! It’s going to be bigger and bad ass compared to its previous titles. As I was playing beta, I read about this upcoming Final fantasy 14 guide by Chronos that contains almost everything you need to master this game.
A good FFXIV guide or FF14 guide?
And as you probably know, in an MMORPG, the faster you level initially, you get to mingle with the top players in the game. Final fantasy has got a huge fan following, so trying to get to the top ASAP, should be our primary priority. Get on top initially in an MMORPG and you stay there with little effort later as the competition grows and struggles to catch up. That is why it is imperitive that you get your hands on this premium FFXIV Guide now.
Final Fantasy XIV Guide Author, the person behind FFXIV Guide:
The author, is a highly reputed player and I’ve seen him around since Beta days. He really knows this game much better and is among few top players during beta days. Every one wants to keep their secrets, but Chrono thinks otherwise. He has put down his experience, leveling strategies, secrets, tips and tricks in several Final fantasy 14 guide books so that others can benefit and advance through Final fantasy XIV much faster.
Currently the major titles from Chrono are Final Fantasy XIV class guide, Final Fantasy XIV Gil guide and Final Fantasy XIV leveling guide. There was a choice to get individual guides, but I thought it would be better to get the complete package as it was a nice deal and available at a discounted price.
Also note that once the game goes live, the price of FFXIV guide will be pushed up. The guides are currently priced at a special PRE-LAUNCH price.

A Conjurer utilizes the elemental forces in nature to create spells that can destroy enemies within range. One is equipped with a Radical or Wand to focus its power until it forms the desired spell. The Conjurers’ Guild can be found in Stillglade Fane in Gridania, where Eorzea’s elementals are supposed to be most potent.
Conjurers are taught to use metaphysical forces from the elements that allow them to cast powerful spells. They can produce both offensive and defensive spells whatever the situation calls for. This is possible because they are attuned with all things in the surroundings.

FFXIV Culinarian
0Culinarian
Culinarians satisfy appetites all day long with the use of Skillets and Chef’s Knives. As Final fantasy 14 guide found out, they provide more than just the basic sustenance. As they acquire various ingredients from across Eorzea, these master chefs can help other adventurers maintain their strength in combat. Using different methods they acquire through time, they managed to prove that the road to victory does indeed run through the stomach.
The cooking trade has been around for centuries, even before recorded history but it was just half a century ago when the Limsa Lomisan admiral and self-proclaimed food connoisseur, Guolskyf Bhalwaensyn, proclaimed the culinary arts as a guild-worthy craft. Since then Culinary Arts has been recognized across Eorzea as a member of the Tradescraft Society. Its recipe collection is found on the shelves of every librarium in the realm.
Click here to check out the #1 Final Fantasy XIV Guide
In FFXIV, “dishes” prepared by the culinarians help revitalizing Tactical Points(TP) or Magic Points(MP) depending on the class of the character. Although, the regenerative power of the dish and the flavor is dependant on a number of factors
Ingredients
As in real life, if you want to be a good culinarian, you need to have the best ingridients. Constantly scour the market for the ingredients needed for your favorite culinary recepies. Always be on the lookout for any major blowout sale on vegetables and other premium ingredients like aldgoat chuck meat pieces.
Location
Location where you cook is also pretty important. The kitchen facilities at the Culinarians Guide is known to improve the quality of the food or results in bigger yields. But there is a premium surcharge that you must pay to access these facilities. If you are economical, as you should be, then you should consider looking for nearby encampments, where you can cook for adventurers and can keep coooking as you sell.
Kitchenware
As with any other skill, your tools has the ability to make or break you. Make sure you equip yourselves with high quality knives and instruments and it will definitely have a very positive effect on your flavor and yield.
Click here to check out the #1 Final Fantasy XIV Guide
Experience
Initially, you will have to be very careful when you cook. You will have to use the exact target crystals specified in the culinary recipe. Over time, once you become a skilled cook, simply placing the ingredients in your skillet will be enough to prepare a high quality meal with your own unique flavor taken from you, the culinarian’s. soul and character.
They say food is a way to a man’s stomach, and they couldn’t be more right. Food is not just a practical source of energy, a necessary component of existence like sleeping or breathing. Food is an activity, a pleasure, a gastronomical endeavor from the piquant tickle of your palate to the spiral of warmth that accompanies a full belly. Food is a delectable journey, a savory paroxysm in your mouth. Food is sin, art, love, and hate. Food is fun.
In a world of Final Fantasy XIV, cooking is ostensibly not a guild worthy craft, a true warrior knows that no man can fight on an empty stomach. A Culinarian crafts dishes that are food for the body and soul, each dish they prepare revitalizing Tactical Points(TP) or Magic Points(MP) depending on the class of the user. However, the flavor of the dish and its regenerative powers are contingent on the many factors, from ingredients to utensils to the kitchen facilities themselves.
Ingredients
A good Culinarian must be diligent in procuring the best ingredients. Traveling through local bazaars, the culinarian knows that the perfect meal starts with hunting for a good deal. With limited gil in your pocket, discovering blowout sales on vegetables and mark downs on prime pieces of aldgoat chuck can make the difference between a culinary dish and a fast food meal.
Location
The legendary kitchen facilities at the Culinarians’ Guild can improve the quality of your foods or larger yields. However, the surcharge for using these facilities are quite high, and a bargain cook knows that there is more than one way to skin a fish into a delicious fillet. By wandering to nearby encampments, a Culinarian can cater a specific meal to an adventurer, and cook as much as he or she sells.
Kitchenware
A Culinarian never blames his tools for a bad meal, but he can laud them with praise. From skillets to high quality knives, the instruments one employs can have a resounding effect on the flavor and yield.
Experience
Every novice cook should always use the exact target crystals specified to construct a recipe. Yet over time, a skilled cook will brand the recipe to memory, and simply toss the ingredients in their skillet and prepare the meal, the flavor within colored by the Culinarian’s own soul and character.

FFXIV Tanner Guide
0Tanners
Now, Final fantasy 14 guide will place the spotlight on Tanners a.k.a Leatherworkers to debunk the popular belief that their skills are limited to boiling and dying skins and pelt from dead animals. But they can also make armors using the leather they get.
Tanners need to acquire different coats and furs that are required for the trade. This is the reason why people in this trade tend to engage in trapping and hunting.
Click here to check out the #1 Final Fantasy XIV Guide
Among the races in Eorzea, the Elezen are known to be expert tanners. For centuries they kept their techniques a secret. But when the number of guildmasters is starting to decrease, they started sharing these techniques to keep the trade alive. This resulted in the improved quality of Eorzean-made leather. Thus the demand increased for products using superior-quality material.
Tanners have four Actions they can use. These are Rock Throw, Wrist Flick, Fulfillment, and Hasty Hand. Final Fantasy 14 Guide doesn’t have any details yet on above mentioned Skills.

Introduction to the Different Final Fantasy 14 Disciplines
0In Final Fantasy 14, players can go from one Discipline to another. This is done by equipping a weapon or tool. An item can determine what Discipline your character is in at the moment and his skills will be based on it. This is called the Armoury System.
A character can change his Discipline any time in the game to suit the situation. You can go from a melee fighter to a caster to a crafter or to a gatherer by switching weapons or tools. The Armoury System will keep players busy for months with the Disciplines available in the game.
When you switch Disciplines, your Physical Level remains the same. Your Discipline Level dictates what skills you have access to. Some abilities you learned can be used in any Discipline but other skills have restrictions, such as Discipline of War only or Disciplines of War and Magic Only. On that note, if you equip non-main discipline ability, that ability may have a higher casting time, cost, or cool down.
Disciplines Classification
Speaking of Disciplines, they are grouped into four classifications, which are Disciplines of War, Disciplines of Magic, Disciplines of the Land, and Disciplines of the Hand. Disciplines of War and Disciplines of Magic are the combat disciplines. Disciplines of the Land are the gathering discipline and Disciplines of the Hand are the crafting disciplines.
- Disciples of War devote their time on mastering the weapons used for combat. According to the Final fantasy 14 guide, they become expert in inflicting damage to their opponents using various weapons. They go through physical training to be prepared for the battles ahead. The various classes that belong in this group are Archer, Gladiator, Lancer, Marauder, and Pugilist.
- Disciples of Magic are intellectuals who want to learn all things that are arcane. It’s their desire to research and understand sorcery in all its forms. They use artifacts and relics to summon forces within themselves and around them. They can use destructive and restorative spells. They can either be a Conjurer or a Thaumaturge.
- Disciples of the Land gather material resources. They harvest nature’s bounty by utilizing different tools. They have the knowledge of all the natural resources that Eorzea has to offer. Without them, the economy will suffer. They are the Botanist, Fisher, and the Miner.
- Disciples of the Hand are the crafters who use their creativity to make useful things. They use different tools of trade to make things out of the delicate cloth as well as the resilient metal. Some of the jobs in this discipline include Alchemist, Armorer, Blacksmith, Carpenter, Culinarian, Goldsmith, Leatherworker, and Weaver.
FFXIV Weaver Guide
0FFXIV Weaver
Weavers make things starting from fiber to thread, from thread to cloth, and finally from cloth to dress. From the simplest material, they can make extravagant finish products. Final fantasy 14 guide is not surprised to find out that Weavers work is more than just spinning strings and sewing of seams.
To be an excellent Clothcrafter, one must be attuned with the latest fashion trends. That way the customers would look posh and in fashion. Weavers pay special tribute to Nymeia the Spinner, who is known to alter the course of people’s destinies. They use Needles to craft their creations.
Final Fantasy 14 Guide shows that the Weaver got four basic Actions. These are Rock Throw, Wrist Flick, Masterpiece, and Hasty Hand. Not much has been said about these actions at present.

We refer to the task of Weavers as Crafting. So if you hear someone in Final fantasy talk about Crafting, you know they are talking about Weavers.
FFXIV Botanist guide
0FFXIV Botanist
Botanists gather resources from all forms of plant life in Eorzea. In this Final fantasy 14 guide we will discuss the importance of Botanists in the game. Without them, no one will harvest grains and vegetables; tend fruit-bearing tree; gather wild grasses; cultivate plants used for textiles; log timber for carpentry works; and a lot more.
Botanists can gather various raw materials that can be used by crafters, such as Carpenters, Weavers, Alchemists, and Culinarians. Botanists get only what is needed rather than stripping the land of all its resources. Their primary tool of the trade is the Hatchet with the Scythe being their secondary tool.

Defensive Skills
Botanists also need to defend themselves when attacked while gathering. They have two Battle Actions to ward off enemies. These are:
Stone Throw – Botanist throws a rock at the enemy. This inflicts minimal damage due to the fact that Disciplines of the Land have no Attack attribute. Damage done by this action can be modified by strength. When used after a Wrist Flick, the target is stunned.
Wrist Flick – Botanist throws with great speed that gives the next attack the chance to stun the target. It lasts only a couple of seconds or until the next Stone Throw.
Since it is barely Beta, we haven’t seen too many Botanist Videos, We will update the ffxiv Botanist section, as we dive into Beta and get hold of better videos.
FFXIV Miner guide
0FFXIV Miner
Miners excavate and handle Eorzea’s minerals in all forms, whether it’s ores, precious stones, or fossils. Blacksmiths and Goldsmiths eagerly wait for what the Miners were able to gather.
Miners don’t just dig anywhere. They mastered techniques such as how to properly prospect the minutest deposits and large-scale civil engineering. They believe in the theory of continental drift and worship Oshon, the Wanderer. Their primary tool is the Pickaxe, although they can also use Knapping and Hammer.

Miner Battle Skills
To complete this Final Fantasy 14 Guide on Miners, we now have the different Battle Actions that Miners can use. These actions can be used to fend off attacks from enemies lurking near mineral deposits. The two Miner Battle Actions are:
Stone Throw – Miner throws a rock at the enemy. It only inflicts minimal damage because Disciplines of the Hand have no Attack attribute. The damage done can be modified by strength. When used after Wrist Flick, Stone Throw can stun the target.
Final Fantasy 14 Beta – Miner – Mining
This video was Recorded during beta 3in FFXIV. The miner gets the running speed boost at the start of the video thanks to the mining ability prospect. The mining Ability prospect gives you a short movement speed increase as long as you are not near any mining point(I am guessing to reach the mines faster
). Once you find a spot to mine, mining becomes like a hot and cold mini game. Miners can also share points this time, unlike FFXI. – By MithraTales
